Your maps app is now your messaging app?
Google recently introduced messaging onto their Google Maps and Google My Business apps which lets customers and firms communicate with each other directly from a google search or a maps entry. I don’t know why google is introducing messaging to everything, they did YouTube last I believe, while their messaging apps are failing to keep up and are soon closing down; maybe their theory is that since they can’t make a social app work lets built a social feature in every app they provide.
Hangouts, Hangouts Business, Allo, Google Talk, Duo, Google Text, Android Messages are some of google ventures into messaging.
Anyways, its good to know that now you have another way to tell businesses if anything is found troubling.
